Rule Name:	Recharging Magic Items
Most wands cannot be recharged. Staves and rods can usually be recharged by a shaper for a cost of 30 sp per charge, with a 100 sp minimum cost (i.e., 100 sp to recharge 1, 2 or 3 charges; or 30 sp per charge for 4 or more charges).
