About the cover model:

Ashley Judd is an American actress and political activist born on April 19, 1968, in Granada Hills, Los Angeles, California. She grew up in a family well-known in the entertainment industry; her mother, Naomi Judd, was a country music singer, and her sister, Wynonna Judd, is also a famous country singer. Despite the celebrity status of her family, Ashley carved out her own path in acting, distinguishing herself through a series of roles in film and television that showcased her versatility and depth as an actress.
Judd attended the University of Kentucky, where she studied French, anthropology, art history, theater, and women's studies, although she left the university one course short of graduating. She later returned to complete her degree in 2007. Before launching her acting career, Judd spent some time in France as part of an exchange program.
Her acting career began in the early 1990s with small roles in television series, but her breakthrough came with the 1993 indie film "Ruby in Paradise," which won her critical acclaim. Following this success, Judd appeared in a series of box office hits throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, including "Heat" (1995), "A Time to Kill" (1996), and "Double Jeopardy" (1999). Known for her roles in thrillers and dramatic films, she has demonstrated a strong, resilient, and complex portrayal of women on screen.
Beyond her acting career, Ashley Judd is also recognized for her humanitarian work and political activism. She has been an outspoken advocate for various causes, including women's rights, global health, and social justice issues. Judd has worked with NGOs and international organizations, including YouthAIDS and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), to raise awareness and funds for health and gender equality around the world.
In recent years, Judd has also made headlines for her involvement in the #MeToo movement, being one of the first women to come forward with allegations against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, which helped spark a global conversation about sexual harassment and assault in the entertainment industry and beyond.
Despite facing personal and public challenges, Ashley Judd continues to be a prominent figure in both the entertainment industry and in activism, using her platform to advocate for change and to support various humanitarian causes.
