Stefanie Corgel is a former collegiate athlete and a current fitness professional. She played women's basketball for CSU Monterey Bay, where she was a senior guard standing at 5'8". Corgel's hometown is Manhattan Beach, California, and she attended Marlborough High School before transferring from UC Santa Barbara to CSU Monterey Bay.
After completing her college education, Corgel has built a diverse career. She works as a Strength and Conditioning coach based in Los Angeles, a commercial fitness consultant, and a trainer for the global women’s wellness company "Tone It Up." Her role involves a variety of responsibilities, from launching fitness campaigns to personal training and group classes. Additionally, she occasionally dedicates time to shoot for new campaigns, such as for running shoes.
Corgel's success in her career can be largely attributed to her experiences in team sports. She studied kinesiology at CSU Monterey Bay with a concentration in exercise physiology. After graduation in 2013, she embarked on a modeling career while also working as an assistant basketball coach and teaching group fitness classes at CSU Monterey Bay. Corgel also played basketball professionally in Italy and modeled in Portland, Oregon, for brands like Nike and Lululemon. She is now based in Manhattan Beach and is active on Instagram as a fitness trainer and content creator, with more than 50,000 followers. She also creates workout classes for the "Tone It Up" app.
In her free time, Corgel enjoys outdoor activities like surfing and trail-running, and she loves attending live music shows. Her journey reflects her dedication to sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle, emphasizing the importance of team sports in developing essential qualities like confidence, work ethic, and leadership.
