Eiza González Reyna was born on January 30, 1990, in Mexico City, Mexico. She is the daughter of former Mexican model Glenda Reyna. Eiza’s father died in a motorcycle accident when she was just twelve, an event that had a profound impact on her life. She attended two private bi-lingual schools, Edron Academy and the American School Foundation, both located in Mexico City.
Eiza’s acting career began in 2007, when she starred in the popular Mexican telenovela "Lola, érase una vez" at the age of 16. Her performance in the telenovela brought her significant attention and led to further roles in Mexican television, including the series "Sueña Conmigo."
In pursuit of broader opportunities, Eiza moved to Los Angeles in 2013. She quickly made a name for herself in Hollywood with roles in several high-profile films.
