Kerry Washington is an accomplished American actress, producer, and director known for her skilled portrayals of complex characters in both television and film. Born on January 31, 1977, in The Bronx, New York, Washington has established herself as a significant figure in the entertainment industry.
Washington's breakout role came in 2004 when she starred in "Ray," a biographical film about musician Ray Charles, which garnered critical acclaim.
